Role Overview: InnAccel is looking for a senior professional to expand our operations with public health systems in India and globally. A key element of this role would be to build a network of CSR donors, especially in PSUs, and Foundations, that can fund deployment of our technologies in high-impact states with budget constraints. Additionally, similar relationships would be developed with global health funders to fund deployment of our technologies in LMICs. Besides donor and CSR relationships, the selected candidate will drive relationships with public health systems, participate in conceptualizing and developing project proposals, and oversee dissemination of project results and measured impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with CSR groups and corporate Foundations in both public and private sectors, with a focus on maternal and child health.
• Establish a funding pipeline from the CSR network for public health requirements from State Health Departments
• Lead engagement and partnerships with state public health systems, and national health authorities to establish InnAccel technologies as the standard of care for public health.
• Develop proposals, and implement programs for large public health initiatives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report outcomes and impact to internal leadership, CSR partners, and donors.
• Represent InnAccel at public health, CSR, and donor forums.
Qualifications and experience:
• Prior experience working in/with CSR organizations in large public or private companies; relationships in the CSR community.
• Good knowledge of, and strong relationships in, the state public health systems in India.
• Prior experience in executing large, public health projects in India.
Skills required:
• Strong relationship building and conceptual selling skills.
• Ability to work with public health systems.
• Ability to work independently towards broad objectives with limited supervision.
• Team management.
