InnAccel Technologies (Bangalore, India) is a medical device company developing innovative technologies in Critical Care and Maternal & Child Health. We are a young company and a relatively small team, looking to drive the adoption of our technology across India. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to potential and existing hospital customers
• Gain a strong understanding of clinical principles, product features, benefits, and usage, and device functioning.
• Conducting product demonstration to potential customers.
• Conducting product installation in hospitals and training to users
• Provide first-line service support, such as troubleshooting, phone/video calls, and on-site support.
Location: New Delhi
Desired Experience: 0-5 years
Desired Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors in one of the following areas:
a. Nursing
b. Engineering – Biomedical, Biotechnology
c. Public Health
Skills Required:
• Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors, especially with ObGyn, Pediatrics, or ICU (preferred).
• Looking for candidates with initiative and a positive attitude who want to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve application-related issues in a clinical environment.
• Language: English, Hindi and regional languages depending on the location.
