Our Journey Of
Innovation And Impact

2014

Built our innovation teams and initiated a “needs identification and selection” exercise driven by deep clinical immersion in partner hospitals.

2015

Launched our Product Engineering and Development (PED) Platform. Initiated development projects on the 3 top needs identified through clinical immersions.

2019

Launched our 3 core technologies in India with global patents, rigorous testing, and international certifications.

2020

Contributed to India’s pandemic response by developing a high-flow device for Covid treatment, and deploying over 600 of these systems in Government hospitals. Raised institutional capital from Mt.Judi Ventures.

2021

Executed our first international deployment - Saans in Ethiopia.

2022

Relaunched our core product portfolio post-Covid. Executed our first State-level Saans deployment in Assam in partnership with USAID and Gates Foundation.

2023

Executed our second State-level deployment in Rajasthan.

siraj-dhannani

Siraj is a successful entrepreneur, healthcare professional and active angel investor in MedTech. Previously,
He founded and led PharmARC, a healthcare marketing analytics and consulting firm (INR 50+ cr revenues; exited to IQVIA.
He also has experience in pharmaceutical marketing (BMS, NJ) and healthcare investment banking (UBS, NYC).

a-vijayranjan

AVR is a MedTech veteran with 35+ years of experience including stints as Head of Product Development at GE Medical Systems, Chief Executive at Wipro Health Sciences, and VP at Hewlett Packard.
Previously, he led the development of India’s first robotic system for tumour ablation at Perfint Healthcare.

shaunak-patel

Shaunak brings a proven commercial track record and broad experience across Healthcare. Prior to InnAccel, he spent 6 years at Johnson & Johnson Medical India in a variety of Marketing and Sales roles, and 3 years at L.E.K. Consulting in Boston, USA.
Shaunak has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and Bachelors degrees in Bioengineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

vaibhav-joshi

Vibhav is a co-founder and director of products at InnAccel. Vibhav has led the development of Fetal Lite. Previously he was a co-founder at Sattva MedTech.
Vibhav holds an India patent for innovative sensing technology.
He has a B.E.(Hons) in Electronics and a M.Sc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from BITS Pilani.
He serves on several BITS Pilani incubator investment committees.

nitesh-jangir

Nitesh K. Jangir is an Engineer with a background spanning diverse industries, including defence, industrial automation, and health technology. Nitesh has received specialized training in health tech innovation through the Stanford India Biodesign Program and technology and innovation management through his Chevening Fellowship at the University of Oxford.
Nitesh has accumulated a portfolio comprising sixteen filed and granted patents in medical devices and artificial intelligence.

abu-saquib-tauheed

Abu Saquib Tauheed, has 15 years in design and development, including 12 years in medical devices. He has led projects at Paul Wurth, Stryker India, and InnAccel.
Certified in Six Sigma and CAD, he conducted pivotal research on unmet medical needs,funded by the Lemelson Foundation, to guide innovation and promote open projects. His exceptional leadership skills have been instrumental in driving successful project outcomes and fostering innovation.

Sumedh is a co-founder and Director of Engineering at InnAccel. Sumedh has led the development of Fetal Lite. Previously he was a co-founder at Sattva MedTech. Sumedh has various IEEE Publications.
He has a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics from BITS Pilani.

dinesh-dixit

A qualified CA with 20+ years of experience working in strategic financial planning, budgeting & MIS, fund sourcing and management, accounts & auditing, as well as in taxation. He has previously worked at PharmARC, Global Healthline, and Guardian Healthcare.
He has expertise in mapping business requirements, designing & implementing systems towards cost control, steering formation of companies, and coordinating project finance.
