Role Overview:
This is a full-time role for an In-house service & QC specialist. The In-house service & QC specialist will be responsible for quality checks of all service & FG devices, as well as documentation & data management, troubleshooting, technical support, and repair of medical products. The role is based in Bengaluru and requires an on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Should be able to perform quality checks of all the service & FG devices.
Maintain all the documentation for service, QC & other databases
In-House Repair & Assembling of Medical Equipment (SAANS, VapCare, Fetal Lite).
Should be able to perform PCB Testing, Soldering, and rework of PCB board
To take corrective actions against failure KPIs.
To increase repair productivity and improve repair TAT.
To maintain high repair quality during the repairs of devices.
Qualifications and experience:
Education: B. Tech/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Bio-Medical Engineering.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, EU MDR, 21 CFR Part 820, and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., CE, FDA, CDSCO).
Specialized experience: 1-2 years of experience in medical/electronic devices.
