Our goal is to transform healthcare, sustainably and profitably, in India and the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are looking for driven team members who are motivated to work in an exciting, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment to help launch and drive Sales of our Maternal and Child Health products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products include: 1) Saans (Neonatology\/Pediatrics) \u2013 an advanced, digital, neonatal\/pediatric non-invasive breathing support solution for all hospital and transport settings; 2) Fetal Lite (ObGyn) \u2013 a next-gen, ECG-based, low-skill Fetal Heart Rate monitor for women in labour<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Position Title<\/strong>: Territory\/Area Sales Manager<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Role Type<\/strong>: Individual Contributor<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sector:\u00a0<\/strong>Medical Devices<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reports to:\u00a0<\/strong>Sales Manager<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establish products in the designated territories. Responsibilities include Sales delivery, lead generation, and account\/KOL\/distributor management. This Individual Contributor needs to have a thorough knowledge of the products and procedure, develop a good understanding of customers\u2019 needs, and build long-term, positive stakeholder relationships. This Individual Contributor needs to work in an ethical manner, and establish InnAccel as an innovative partner for patients, doctors, and hospitals across India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Illustrative Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sales Turnover<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell products within designated territory<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan<\/li>\n<li>Lead generation and competitive conversions<\/li>\n<li>Able to negotiate and close sales deals<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute demand generation activities<\/li>\n<li>Data tracking and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0Territory Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop understanding of customer needs to identify sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Identify tender\/contract opportunities and work with colleagues to deliver<\/li>\n<li>Develop an effective and efficient territory plan<\/li>\n<li>Identify and train users on new technologies and solutions through one-on-one sales calls, one-to-many training sessions<strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key Account Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare a plan to optimize key account development and sales growth<\/li>\n<li>Identify and document key customers and decision makers<\/li>\n<li>Be aware of Key Account strategies for growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Product &amp; Market Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop understanding and continually enhance personal understanding of product&#8217;s features, benefits, correct product application and usage and anatomy, physiology and medical procedure knowledge, through practical experience, training programs, and learning from key end-users<\/li>\n<li>Able to demonstrate application\/usage of products and differentiate them from competitor&#8217;s products<\/li>\n<li>Develop understanding of competitive products, their features-advantages-benefits<\/li>\n<li>Gather information on current practices, behaviors and attitudes<\/li>\n<li>Vigilantly obtain usage data of all trained surgeons and monitor adoption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Distribution Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop\/implement distribution network for assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Ensure distributor health is as per agreed guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ethics and Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a responsible and ethical approach while actively pursuing business outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Relationship with customers based on high ethical standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of sales experience from the healthcare industry with a proven track record of sales delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with Pediatrics or ObGyn experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with low-value Capital selling experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company and Product Overview InnAccel is India\u2019s first MedTech innovation [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-2401","awsm_job_openings","type-awsm_job_openings","status-publish","hentry","job-location-bangalore","education_experience-a-minimum-of-3-years-of-sales-experience","job-description-account-kol-distributor-management","job-description-establish-products-in-the-designated-territories","job-description-lead-generation","job-description-sales-delivery"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.6 -
