Role Overview:
InnAccel Technologies is looking for a dynamic, motivated HR professional to set up and build
the Talent Acquisition function, as the company’s first HR hire! The role includes the following
responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Identify staffing needs from all Departments (Commercial, Engineering, Finance/Admin)
- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Source potential candidates and develop the online/offline sourcing channels
Talent Development:
- Set up and execute a performance evaluation and review process
- Work with functions to develop relevant training/learning programs
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in Startups or Medical Devices preferred
