Products include: 1) Saans (Neonatology/Pediatrics) – an advanced, digital, neonatal/pediatric non-invasive breathing support solution for all hospital and transport settings; 2) Fetal Lite (ObGyn) – a next-gen, ECG-based, low-skill Fetal Heart Rate monitor for women in labour
Position Title: Territory/Area Sales Manager

Role Overview:
Establish products in the designated territories. Responsibilities include Sales delivery, lead generation, and account/KOL/distributor management. This Individual Contributor needs to have a thorough knowledge of the products and procedure, develop a good understanding of customers’ needs, and build long-term, positive stakeholder relationships. This Individual Contributor needs to work in an ethical manner, and establish InnAccel as an innovative partner for patients, doctors, and hospitals across India.
Illustrative Responsibilities:
Sales Turnover
- Sell products within designated territory
- Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan
- Lead generation and competitive conversions
- Able to negotiate and close sales deals
- Plan and execute demand generation activities
- Data tracking and reporting
Territory Management
- Develop understanding of customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Identify tender/contract opportunities and work with colleagues to deliver
- Develop an effective and efficient territory plan
- Identify and train users on new technologies and solutions through one-on-one sales calls, one-to-many training sessions
Key Account Management
- Prepare a plan to optimize key account development and sales growth
- Identify and document key customers and decision makers
- Be aware of Key Account strategies for growth
Product & Market Knowledge
- Develop understanding and continually enhance personal understanding of product’s features, benefits, correct product application and usage and anatomy, physiology and medical procedure knowledge, through practical experience, training programs, and learning from key end-users
- Able to demonstrate application/usage of products and differentiate them from competitor’s products
- Develop understanding of competitive products, their features-advantages-benefits
- Gather information on current practices, behaviors and attitudes
- Vigilantly obtain usage data of all trained surgeons and monitor adoption
Distribution Management
- Develop/implement distribution network for assigned territory
- Ensure distributor health is as per agreed guidelines
Ethics and Governance
- Maintain a responsible and ethical approach while actively pursuing business outcomes
- Relationship with customers based on high ethical standards
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience from the healthcare industry with a proven track record of sales delivery.
- Candidates with Pediatrics or ObGyn experience preferred
- Candidates with low-value Capital selling experience preferred
