Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding clinical principles and product usage
- Understanding and explaining product benefits to clinicians and nurses
- Answering customer’s questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product.
- Conducting device demos on patients.
- Training nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Service support, such as troubleshooting
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka/ Patna, Bihar/ Hyderabad, TN / Kottayam, Kerala / Nuh, Haryana
Desired Experience: 0-2 years
Desired Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors in one of the following areas:
- Nursing
- Engineering
- Public Health
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology
- Good communication skills
- Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors, especially with ObGyn, Pediatrics, or ICU (preferred)
- Looking for candidates with initiative and a positive attitude who want to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve application-related issues in a clinical environment.
- Language: English, Hindi and regional languages depending on the location.
