Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for procurement coordination, vendor management, inventory tracking, shipment follow-ups, and maintaining supply chain documentation. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely sourcing, stock availability, and smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Track and maintain component inventory – FG / Parts.
● Follow up on the Purchase Order and payment details from Finance and simultaneously update the vendors.
● Gather requirements from the sales team/R&D Team and plan the sourcing.
● Maintain good relations with the vendors by having regular conversations.
● Create Sale Order Confirmation and Product Distribution Request for devices taken out of the FG.
● Update QMS with the documents required (Product FG and P&I Sheet, PDR/SOC, Invoice, DC,PO, PR, DHR, PQA).
● Maintain and track shipments and documents and follow checklists for shipments and orders.
● Analyse daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
● Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
Qualifications and experience:
● 0 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment
