Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding clinical principles and product usage.
Understanding and explaining product benefits to clinicians and nurses.
Answering customer’s questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product.
Conducting device demos on patients.
Training nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning and troubleshooting.
Service support, such as troubleshooting.
Location: Bidar, Karnataka & Kalaburagi, Karnataka
Desired Experience: 0-2 years
Desired Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors in one of the following areas:
a. Nursing
b. Engineering
c. Public Health
Skills Required:
● Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology.
● Good communication skills.
● Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors, especially with ObGyn, Pediatrics, or ICU (preferred).
● Looking for candidates with initiative and a positive attitude who want to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve application-related issues in a clinical environment.
● Language: English, Hindi and regional languages depending on the location.
