Siraj is a successful entrepreneur, healthcare professional and active angel investor in MedTech and IT. Previously, he founded and led PharmARC, a healthcare marketing analytics and consulting firm (INR 50+ cr revenues; sold to IMS Health). He also has experience in pharmaceutical marketing (BMS, NJ) and healthcare investment banking (UBS, NYC).
AVR is a MedTech veteran with 35+ years experience including stints as Head of Product Development at GE Medical Systems, Chief Executive at Wipro Health Sciences, and VP at Hewlett Packard. Previously, he led the development of India’s first robotic system for tumor ablation at Perfint Healthcare.
A qualified CA with 20+ years of experience working in strategic financial planning, budgeting & MIS, fund sourcing and management, accounts & auditing, as well as in taxation. He has previously worked at PharmARC, Global Healthline, and Guardian Healthcare. He has expertise in mapping business requirements, designing & implementing systems towards cost control, steering formation of companies, and coordinating project finance.
Shaunak brings a proven commercial track record and broad experience in a variety of Healthcare roles. Prior to InnAccel, he spent 6 years at Johnson & Johnson Medical India in Mumbai in a variety of Marketing and Sales roles. He has also spent 3 years at L.E.K. Consulting in Boston, USA, focused on the Healthcare practice. Shaunak has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Evanston, USA) and Bachelors degrees in Bioengineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA).

Mr. Rehan Khan
Rehan Khan has spent 21 years in the Healthcare Provider, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and in the Consulting sectors across the globe. He is currently an Investor at FirstPenguin Capital, an early stage health and consumer tech fund, and serves as a non-executive director on the board of Abacus Pharmaceuticals. Previous roles include President Asia Pacific, China & India with DaVita, MD of Abbott India Ltd, and various global marketing and strategy roles with Novartis based in Switzerland. Rehan has graduate degrees from Harvard Business School and Harvard Medical School/MIT Sloan, and a BS from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
A veteran at Aravind Eye Care System, he runs the Lions Aravind Institute of Community Ophthalmology. He served as South-East Asia’s Regional Chair for the International Agency for Prevention of Blindness, and is the founder and past President of Vision 2020 – Right to Sight India.He is a Schwab Fellow and earned his MBA at IIM Calcutta.
Mr. Biten Khatrani
A Healthcare R&D expert, Biten Khatrani has spent 25 years leading R&D efforts across a number of top global organizations. He is currently Director of R&D for Asia Pacific at Boston Scientific, prior to which he spent over a decade at Johnson & Johnson. He has graduate degrees in Business and Engineering from the Wharton School and IIT-Bombay respectively.

A global balloon sinus dilation expert, Dr. Weeks is a successful ENT, head & neck, reconstructive / skull-based surgeon based in San Diego, California. He has advanced training in endoscopic sinus surgery and is an international leader in balloon sinusplasty. He was rated Top-ENT- Otolaryngologist by US News for 3 successive years.
